Website mailing list management

CGI-Subscribe is a simple web interface which allows users to add their name and email address to your mailing list. Features opt-in and opt-out settings to avoid accusations of spamming, subscription confirmation, and an auto-unsubscribe link in each email. You may email your users in plain text, HTML, or both. Bug fix 12/09/2003 helps prevent spammer hijacking of the form.
