Cart display script

For use with Mal's e-commerce shopping cart. Features include notification when the cart is empty, displays only the cart variables that have content, calculates a subtotal based on carts total without any discounts, vouchers, shipping or tax included, displays the number of items in the cart as a whole number, multi-currency.
