Calculate stardate or "unixdate"

Calculates time since (or remaining to) the start of the Warp Epoch (2323), or even the "unixdate", the time in stardate format, since the start of the Unix Epoch (1970). Includes a small function called Leadzero, for padding numbers with leading zero if needed.
