Admin can search, add, edit, and delete clients, staffs, and support tickets, then reply, reopen or close the tickets. With Built in Mailing list, admin can send bulk-mails to all customers or staffs. With build in FAQ, News and To Do systems admin can add, edit, and delete FAQ, News and make note of things to be done by admin or staffs. Client can view, reopen or close their own support tickets and submit new support tickets.
