Quick fix for combo box overlapping layer
This is a quick fix for Internet Explorer where combo boxes will overlap the layers on a page. The script basically detects all the visible absolute layers on the document and insert a layer with an IFRAME behind it at the exact location and dimension. Hence, the layer will no longer be obstructed by the combobox.
