Create fly-in popup windows

You can't use window.open() any more because of popup blockers. This script creates a virtually unblockable popup ad or newletter signup form with just a little JavaScript that you can cut and paste into any page on your Web site! It flies in from the top of the page in an animated manner, so it looks very professional.
