Create and manage mailing lists

A simple mailing lists manager with database backend. The mailing is performed in text or HTML format with the ability to attach files. An archive of performed mailings is created during the mailing process. Uses wide-spread server programs (like sendmail, qmail) It also can work directly with SMTP-server.
