3D image scaling, rotation, and more

Combines DHTML and JavaScript to allow you to position bitmaps on screen (or you can attach them to events), after which point the bitmaps will scale and rotate around the Y-Axis. You can, of course, use more than one bitmap at a time for an animation effect equal to animated GIF files (animated GIFs won't work).
