2009 RSS/News Ticker v.2 enables the display of news feeds on your site.
This ticker can be used as a teaser on the main page of the website. The main feature of this ticker is the display of description of the news in a tool tip. The ticker has a settings.xml file. From this file you can set from where the widget is taking the data. It can be local file or it can be an RSS feed.
