IE-Personals is a classified ad / match maker / pen pal / personals ad program. This full featured program will allow anyone to run their own personals ad server site either FREE or FEE based. Registered users sign up via PayPal or any other payment system you choose(if Fee Based) and then can fill out their login name and profile etc. Members even can chat privately with one another as well as play games and more.
