Create and use custom HTML components.

The HTML Component Framework enables web application developers to create and use custom HTML components in a simple, cross-browser, cross-domain and secure manner. It can also be used to wrap existing libraries in order to standardise HTML component development. The components are developed and tested in isolation (avoiding monolithic scripts and web pages) and then included within a page using HTML markup or JavaScript. Components can communicate with each other using an event model.
